Here are our Minnesota Brewing beer labels and beer bottles. If you have more information on this brewery, or have microbrewery beer labels or beer bottles to trade, contact us!

Minnesota Brewing is primarily a brewhouse, meaning that it actually brews many of the beers from microbreweries. When a small brewery is starting out, they often don't have the capital to buy the literally tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment needed. So instead, the microbrewery owners will spend their time in the kitchen developing recipes on a small scale.

These recipes are then farmed out to other companies that do the actual brewing. The beer is packaged to say "Jim's Brewery", so most people will have no idea. You may be able to find an extremely tiny statement to the effect of "Bottled by Minnesota Brewing" on the label to tip you off. Minnesota Brewing also has some of its own brands, most notably Grain Belt.

This practice is not unique to breweries. In fact, most every industry - from foodservice to electronics - works this way.

Sadly, due to stiff competition, it appears these guys have closed down. The Grain Belt label has been bought by August Schell, which you will see if you visit the website. More info:
